• חברת ‘אמריקן אימפורטרס’ תדאג לספק את המוצר הנרכש באתר לכתובת שנמסרה בדף ההזמנה, לאזורים רגילים עד 5 ימי עסקים, ולאזורים חריגים עד 7 ימי עסקים ותעשה מאמצים כדי לספק את המוצרים במיידית.
•  משלוחים לחו”ל יתבצעו לאירופה בלבד.  ויסופקו עד 7 ימי עסקים. אין באחריות חברה אחראית לתשלומי מיסים ומכס במשלוח לחו”ל. תשלומים אלו מוטלים על הלקוח בלבד.

After the package arrives at the locker or the distribution point, the courier company will send an email and text message to the recipient with the information required to collect the package. If the recipient does not arrive within 7 business days for the collection of the package from a distribution point / within 72 hours for the collection of the package from an automatic locker, it will be returned to the company's logistics warehouse. When collecting, the customer will have to present an ID number.
• The company will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of the products in the following cases:

Your order is eligible for return for up 14 business days after the order was placed. A courier will be sent to your home to collect your package and you will receive a full refund. 

Your first return is free of charge. Additional returns will have standard shipping fees applied.

יש לארוז את הפריטים בצורה טובה וחזקה. בחבילה שגודלה  אינו עולה על על גודל של 40×40×50 ס”מ. ומשקלה אינו עולה על 15 ק”ג. ולהדביק את הברקוד בצורה ישרה וטובה על גבי מיקום מרכזי ובולט בחבילה.
