•  Shipments abroad will be made to Europe only. And will be delivered up to 7 business days. The company is not responsible for tax and customs payments on shipments abroad. These payments are borne by the customer only.
• A delivery made after 14:00 will be considered as a delivery made on the following business day.
• After placing the order, the customer will receive a message and email with a personal link to track the shipment. 
• Please note, deliveries are made between the hours of 08: 00-18: 00 so it is recommended to put an address where you are during these hours.
• The delivery of the products will be subject to the product delivery policy of the HFD courier company.
• A customer may self-collect the purchased product at one of the e-mail points of sale, at a discounted shipping price. And in such a case she must choose this option during the purchase process. After the package arrives at the locker or the distribution point, the courier company will send an email and text message to the recipient with the information required to collect the package. If the recipient does not arrive within 7 business days for the collection of the package from a distribution point / within 72 hours for the collection of the package from an automatic locker, it will be returned to the company's logistics warehouse. When collecting, the customer will have to present an ID number.
• The company will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of the products in the following cases:
• Supreme power and without prejudice to the generality of the above, war, hostilities, state of emergency and natural disasters.
• Any reason beyond the control of the Company or the Company's Website.
• In areas where access is restricted from a security point of view, the company will be allowed to deliver the products to customers in a nearby and acceptable place, by prior arrangement.
• The courier company is not active on Fridays and holidays.
• On the eve of holidays, or during the months of November and December (Internet holidays) there may be some delays in the delivery of the products.

Irregular areas Localities in the Golan Heights, the northern border, localities in the Arab sector, localities in the Jordan Valley, localities beyond the Green Line (territories), localities in the Gaza Strip, Eilat, the Dead Sea, localities in the Arava. And the other localities that appear in the table of exceptions on the HFD website. 

You can return your item up to 14 days of your order date provided that the items are in unused condition 

Return cost first return is free of charge. Additional returns will have standard shipping fees applied.

In order to send a return, email cs@liziheadwear.co.il    with your full name, subject line of the email should be "Return of Goods". 

Specify in the email the exact day on which you would like to make the return, make sure to be available.

You will then receive a printable barcode in your inbox.

Pack your items in a package whose size does not exceed a size of 40x40x50 cm, and whose weight does not exceed 15 kg. Affix the barcode in a prominent location on the package. 

Do not put two packages together in one 

A courier will be in touch with you to arrange a pickup time

Return must be in unused condition with original packaging 

You will be refunded after the return is received and inspected
